CFT – CROSSFIT
We will be testing some classic CrossFit benchmarks this week. Come in ready to hit them with your best effort. For those of you that are new with us, this is a great starting point to test your level of fitness and establish a baseline to build from. Have fun!
3 Rounds Not For Time:
40s Mini Band Goblet Wall Sit
8 Goblet Reverse Lunges/Leg
10 Pull Up Shoulder Retractions
Tempo Front Squat (4×3)
Aim to perform these at a heavier weight than last week.
Perform each rep with a 3s descent. Stay strict with the tempo.
Rest 2:30-3:00 minutes between sets.
Thrusters, 95# / 65#
