We will be testing some classic CrossFit benchmarks this week. Come in ready to hit them with your best effort. For those of you that are new with us, this is a great starting point to test your level of fitness and establish a baseline to build from. Have fun!

10 Push Up Pos. Shoulder Taps/Side
2 Length Double Front Rack KB/DB Carry
Take 15 minutes to build up to a 1RM Thruster
100 air squats
Sit ups are performed with an ab-mat.
