Partner A will start their 200m run, while Partner B performs as many reps as possible. Once Partner A returns, they will then perform as many reps as possible, while Partner B goes out for their run. Partners will both perform each movement before moving onto the next.

Transition from run to barbell movement should be no longer than 15s.
