40 Wall Balls 20/14

-Partner Dead Hangs

30 Calorie Row

-Partner Wall Sit

20 Overhead Lunges/Leg 50/35

-Partner Low Plank

20 Overhead Lunges/Leg 50/35

-Partner Low Plank

30 Calorie Row

-Partner Wall Sit

40 Wall Balls 20/14

-Partner Dead Hangs

Wall Balls→Reduce Weight→Air Squat

Calorie Row→Reduce Calories

Overhead Lunge→Goblet Lunge→Bodyweight Lunge
Each team will work through today’s workout completing the required reps for each movement. Partner A will complete 40 Wall Balls, while Partner B holds a Dead Hang. Once Partner A has completed their Wall Balls, Partner B will then work on completing their Wall Balls, and Partner A will hold a Dead Hang. Teams will alternate back and forth like this for the entire workout.
