15 H.S.P.U-Partner Holds Plate Overhead 45/25
30 Overhead Plate Lunge 45/25-Partner Holds Handstand
45 Box Jump-Overs-Partner Hold Goblet Wall Sit 24KG/16KG
Row/Bike can be split up. One partner rows/bikes, while the other rests.
Partners can switch through movements at anytime. One partner works, while the other holds the required position.
