CrossFit is a principal strength and conditioning program that is applicable to ALL TYPES OF INDIVIDUALS, AND FITNESS LEVELS. It is a sport of its own, but the greatest feature is that it provides long lasting health and fitness benefits. Its basis is Constantly Varied High Intensity Functional Movements. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience.
We combine movements such as running, rowing, biking, jumping rope, weightlifting and many bodyweight exercises. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. Some movements may be extremely new to you and that’s ok. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form our daily workouts. The classes are an hour long and include a warm-up, skill and strength development, conditioning and mobility.
