Modifications For Today’s Workout:

If you’re still working on Double-unders, perform 100 Single-Unders. If you don’t have a rope, perform 100 toe taps in place of the skipping.

Any type of object that has some form of weight can be used for the Goblet Lunges. Use a backpack with books, laundry detergent, or some weights if you have any. Some pets are pretty heavy so that would suffice as well😜
