Score is total reps added up together. Restart every 4 Minute AMRAP from the top.
Tackle todays workout with the intent to maintain a pace. Your pace may fall off in the later rounds, but shouldn’t steer far from your first and second set. Aim to continue moving throughout each 4 minutes.

Modifications For Today:

Lunges can be weighted in the back rack or goblet. Use an abject that will provide some challenge but will not cause you to fail reps. Otherwise perform without weight.

60 Single-Unders can be substituted for the 30 Double-Unders. If you don’t have a rope, perform 60 Toe Taps.
