The amount of compound time under tension from day-to-day you have held is incredible. Try to hold on as best you can, but if need be, break ot up into sets.

10 3-Way Squat
1 Rep = R Leg+L Leg+Squat
10 “I, Y, T’s”
30 Squat Hops
15 Broad Jumps
8 Wall Walks Or 20 Strict H.S.P.U
The legs are going to blow up with this one. Shortly after, you’ll find the shoulders take a taxing from those wall walks. Take your time between reps, try to inch yourself a bit closer each time. Be careful on your decent.
