Our CrossFit Program is open to all individuals regardless of their current level of fitness and experience. CrossFit is inclusive to any individual looking to better themselves both physically and mentally. CrossFit is Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity relative to the individual themselves.

Our focus in our Olympic Lifting Program is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, and Clean & Jerk. Attention will be put towards technical efficiency and proper movement patterns of these lifts. This program is for anyone looking to increase speed, power, coordination and explosive strength through utilizing the Olympic lifts.
Our personal training programs are specific to each individual. They are tailored to the goals we set forth together, and your current fitness level. Whether it is to lose weight, build lean muscle, get your first strict pull up or just move better as an individual, your program will be specific to you. These sessions can also be used to spend a bit more time on skills, or movements that we perform in class.
